- In the article based on materials of Archive of foreign policy of the Russian Empire and the Russian Public Records Offi ce of Navy fl eet are in detail analysed the actions of admiral P.I.Rikorda in blockade of Dardanelless in 1828-1929 and his participation in exemption of Greece and maintenance an order there to transfer of power to king Otton in 1833.
