- Abstract
- The article examines in detail the process of concluding of peace between the President of Colombia, H.M. Santos and the Guerrilla movement “Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia - FARC” in 2017. Confrontation between the authorities and the FARC continued for 52 years. The world community appreciated the efforts of Santos, awarding him the Nobel Peace Prize for 2016.
