Abstract

The author reveals the main directions of foreign policy of U.S. President George Bush, Jr. Continuity and differences of his policy and foreign policy of B. Clinton of 1990-s is shown. Foreign policy practice of Bush administration discovered utopianism of imperial fantasies of American neoconservatism.
