- Abstract
- The article deals with the perception of the Russian revolutionary events in October 1917 by British public. Based on previously inaccessible to researchers or less-known sources along with the latest research by Russian and foreign historians, it exposes in a comparative manner some key aspects of the impact of the fall of the Provisional Government and the Bolsheviks seizing state power both upon Anglo-Russian relations and domestic political situation in the United Kingdom as the principal member-state of the Entente.
