Abstract

In the article are considered problems of the military and economic help of the USSR in 1933–1942 to the Chinese province of Xinjiang and a withdrawal of head of Xinjiang Shèng Shìcái from cooperation with the USSR in days of the Great Patriotic War, and also visit of V.G. Dekanozov in Ürümqi in June, 1942.
