- Abstract
- In the article are considered the prospects of historical development of Ukraine on a global scale, the author marks, that the Russian-Ukrainian attitudes play the important role for improvement of a political situation of all European region, and for the East Europe they have the same stabilizing value, as the French-German for the Western Europe. The author shows the attitude of the population of Ukraine to the introduction of the country in NATO, and also the attitude to Russia, Russian, he emphasizes, that plans of the Atlantic strategists concerning Ukraine do not meet sympathy of the majority of Ukrainian people.
