- Abstract
- The article is devoted to democratic system transformations of 90th years of the 20th - beginning of the 21th centuries in the countries of Central-East and South-East Europe. The author focuses the research to display of the transition of these countries to parliamentary and multi-party system, statements in them of new models of an electoral system. The author comes to the conclusion that in the majority of these countries instability of preferences of voters prevails. As a result the parties cannot count on a constancy of the electorate and the party systems remain fragile.
