Abstract

The article proposes an original approach, which explains the obvious ideological nature of the compromise when concluding a pre-trial cooperation agreement, which, in essence, represents a modern criminal process. The author substantively argues that the Russian criminal trial has created a new promising, at the same time, conflict-free criminal procedural form for the resolution of the criminal case, in particular, the legislator has formed a special compromise procedure for the court to take a final decision on the case when concluding a pre-trial cooperation agreement.
