Abstract

The relevance of the publication of the materials of the methodological seminar is due to the hyperactive pace of digitalization of justice in the absence of proper legal regulation by the civil procedural legislation. The purpose of the methodological seminar – analysis of the state automated system "Justice", certain aspects of e-justice in civil cases, areas of development of the concept of legislation in the field of digitalization of civil process.
