Abstract

The review contains the expert assessment of the textbook “Public administration: efficiency and quality. Modern version of newest history of the state”, published in 2019 by professor of the Department of Constitutional and Municipal Law of the University of Tyumen, Doctor of Law, and honored lawyer of the Russian Federation Nikolaj M. Dobrynin. It is noted that the relevant study materials are generalized and represented in a complex and methodically appropriate style, concerning a wide range of the actual aspects of public administration. It is concluded that the textbook is presented at a high theoretical and methodical level.
