Abstract

The review analyzes the content of the monograph by D.V. Iroshnikov “Safety as a legal category”. The novelty and relevance of this study for the Russian theoretical and legal science are emphasized. Attention is drawn to issues of practical significance, since the proposals developed in the monograph on legislative improvement of the norms of various branches of law relating to security issues deserve the closest attention and scientific understanding.

The reviewer notes that the goal set by the author of the monograph, it is a comprehensive study of security as a legal category, has undoubtedly been achieved.
