Abstract
The article analyzes the content of the category "financial activities of the state”, its role for financial law, how it affects the specificity of financial relations. The author reveals the role of goal setting and its structure in the implementation of the financial activities of the state. Shows the relationship of the financial activities of the state with a mechanism to ensure public interest. Revealed integral nature of the financial activity of a state for purposes of legal regulation.
