The new book about pension problems presents an overview of the main types of government and market based instruments with focus on pension innovations, including personal decisions. The author examines development of new instruments and techniques that governments, business, persons have developed in response to demographic and financial- economic challenges. The book outlines the existence of a large potential among pension funds as long-term investors; national pension systems need to be reformed, but there’s no standard prescriptions.
