- On the basis of the Russian archives documents - the Foreign Policy Archives of the Russian Federation and the Russian State Archive of Socio-Political History is made an attempt of the comprehensive analysis of the history of mass migration of ethnic Germans from Bessarabia and North Bukovina territories in 1940-1941.
