Abstract

On the basis of new sources from the archives of the foreign policy of the Russian Foreign Ministry the author highlights the causes, course and consequences of conducting of plenary session of the Bundestag in West Berlin in April 7, 1965. In mass media of the Western Powers and Germany these events received the name of “small Berlin crisis”.
