- Abstract
- At all outstanding political talent of Otto von Bismarck, the Prussian kingdom couldn’t start alone so venture as reunification of Germany; it needed the reliable ally what for several decades for Prussia was Russia. Except political factors, emerging of close ties between Russia and Prussia was promoted by the good personal relations between Alexander II, William I and Bismarck.
