- Abstract
In the essay is characterized the history of writing and the publication of the novel of the great German writer Hans Fallada “Everyone Dies Alone”, narrating about an anti-nazi action of spouses Kvangel executed in Berlin in 1943. Reception of this novel in Germany and in the GDR in time of “cold war” and after association of Germany is considered.
