- Abstract
The article aims to analyse differentiated policy of the Nazi occupiers towards Soviet prisoners of war of different races and ethnicities on the Ukrainian territory. It shows how the Nazi were fostering disunion among the members of the never monolithic community of prisoner soldiers of multi-ethnic Red Army. Thus were established conditions for the destruction of "unwanted elements".
