- This article is devoted to the perception of the United States of America by the Russian political parties - Constitutional Democratic Party and ‘Union of October 17' during the period of 1905-1917. Using such a documents as the program of the Constitutional Democrats and Union of October 17, their writings about America, and publications in the party press, the author sets his mind on getting the answers on the questions.
