- Abstract
- The article is dated for the 160 anniversary of the European revolutions 1848-1849, in it the reasons and a course of the revolution in Hungary are investigated. The special attention is given to the Pest's revolution on March, 15th, 1848, roles of peasantry in revolutionary events. The point of view, occurred in a historiography, is denied, that the main role in suppression of the Hungarian revolution the Russian army has played.
