Abstract
Functional relations between subject understanding of contradictions and structural characteristics of individual goals system in the process of ranking his/her life experience are considered. Conducted empiric study (n = 176) enables to assert that understanding of contradictions mediates the infl uence of individual goals structure on integration of experience. Dialectically oriented understanding of contradictions makes it possible for subject to fi ll his/her life with sense, viz to integrate life experience successfully both in confl ict and differentiated system of goals and in confl ict-free and low differentiated ones.
