- Abstract
- The three approaches to the Human body and three respective body images that predominated in Soviet ideology and mass mind are identified. One can very relatively describe those as “Hygienic body”, “athletic body” and “glamour body”. Those approaches and images coexisted during all the Soviet time but alternated as dominating ones. The development and specific feature of al those approaches over Soviet history are described
