- Abstract
- In the article an analysis o f the existing Law “On antimonopoly activity ” and a brief overview o f the formation o f antimonopoly policy in Republic o f Azerbaijan have been presented. To ensure greater effectiveness the shortcom ings contained in this legal act have been highlighted and suggestions have been made fo r its ’fundamental reform or the adoption o f new one. During the analysis and development o f the recommendations the author has relied on the world wide experience in this field.
