Abstract
Peer-reviewed Commentary to the Land Code, written by a group of theorists and practitioners, it is difficult to overestimate. Author team managed to solve the tasks related to interpretation of norms of the Land Code of the Russian Federation. In this particular value the book reviewed makes the fact that the authors commented on several completely new chapters of the Code that have not yet developed law-enforcement practice and has not taken all the necessary regulations.
