Abstract

Article is devoted to the classification of the principles of organization and functioning of the judiciary. The author gives the position of the researchers examined the issue of classification of the constitutional principles of justice. This article reflects the different approaches of Russian scientists on the fundamental principles on which the modern system of judicial power in the Russian Federation are the different approaches to their classification.
