Abstract
“Round Table” of chair of theory of state and law and political science of the law faculty of Moscow state University named M.V. Lomonosov and of the journal “State and Law” devoted to the discussion included in the program of master study course “History and methodology of legal science”. It is noted that the issues raised are very important activity not only in the development and improvement of “History and methodology of legal science” as an academic and scientific discipline, but also and to improve the quality of legal education in general
