Abstract
The article analyzes the causes of the problems of modern legal education, such as oversupply of lawyers with inadequate qualifications; commercialization of education; shift the ideological component of education with moral values on the "market”. Investigated changes in the requirements of the federal state educational standards towards training lawyer bachelor, marked their weaknesses and identifies the need for change in the vector of development of the education system from the "pro-Western” to nationally-oriented. We pose the problem of education in the training of lawyers.
